One may see these kids and think they're on a picnic or posing for the cam in their underwears but hell no, they are actually serving punishments, and were stripped to their panties by their teachers, their crime was late coming to their Harvard inspired college.
Despite having big butts and curvy figures by the female students, the teachers weren't even tempted to discontinue their mission to eradicate 'African Time' in their entire system. This happened at a public school in Baham in the western region of Cameroon
