TMZ reports on a woman suing KFC saying that the bucket of chicken she received at her local restaurant wasn’t as nearly ~big and bountiful~ as the one on TV.
According to a new lawsuit filed by a New York woman (as told to TMZ), she went to a KFC and forked over $20 for a "Family Fill Up" deal, expecting the giant overflowing casket of fried chicken-like parts, but instead got what was written on the menu. Naturally, she decided to sue for $20 million. America! What a country!
A KFC spokesperson told TMZ that they’ve got this one "in the bucket," which I’m assuming means they think they’ll easily beat this frivolous lawsuit. Or, hey! Maybe there will be some real reform in advertising!
