There were jubilations across the country especially amongst women, after the Sexual Offenses Bill was passed yesterday and life jail was prescribed for rapists and anyone involved in sex with an unseated.
The details of the bill however indicates that you can have consensual sex with a girl from the age of 11 and above. This is currently causing some displeasure among many Nigerians who feel this like taking one step forward and 2 steps backward……what do you think??
