Women's underwear is being nicked off the clothes lines in Tauranga, New Zealand .
What could males be doing with women's underwear? Or females be doing with their fellow females underwear?
Maybe females should be leaving dirty pair with discharge on it on clothes lines. But can it scare those males on the act with their reason/s best known to them?
Police are appealing for residents in and around the Solomon St area to report any suspicious behaviour after a man was discovered lurking at a residence in the early hours of January 29.
He is described as Maori or Polynesian, aged about 20 years old with short black hair.
"Inquiries also indicate that there have been incidents of women's underwear being taken from clothes lines in the area in recent months," Detective Shaun Skedgwell of Tauranga police said.
"Police are appealing to the public to report any sightings of males fitting the above description, acting suspiciously in the area."
