Traditional Rulers In Oji River Confer Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi A Chieftancy Title

Enugu state governor, Rt Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi was yesterday at Oji River conferred 'Nwanne Di Na Mba' chieftaincy title by all the traditional rulers in the Local government area.This was done in recognition of his development strides in the State especially the speedy rehabilitation of Oji River - Ugwuoba -Anambra State border federal road and appointment of indigenes of the area into government positions, etc", says Igwe Godwin N. Madu JP, HRM, The Mbaogu II of Mbaogu Kingdom.

This is historical as this happens to be the first time ever since 1976 all traditional rulers are coming together to confer a title on one man.The traditional rulers unanimously confirmed that the governor's seat won't be vacant until 2023; this they affirmed by collectively striking their staff of authroity ;Offor' on the ground- You see how these old men cause troubles with their mouth, hmmm!

Governor Ugwuanyi in appreciation promised to start ordered the construction of`the Inyi-Awlaw road to Isuochi\Owelu Izukani and Inyi-Enugu Abor-Ufuma to Anambra State. Governor Ugwuanyi also said that the`School of`Health`Technology Oji will receive a Rector and board members`within`fourteen`days; this has`never happened before at the School.
