Few days ago, social media was sent agog by loyal customers of Diamond Bank Plc, Nigeria over some ridiculous duty stamp charges being deducted from their accounts without reasonable prior notice not explanation. Although they apologized later to their customers for such inconveniences and promised to refund them, which as until the time of this report, most customers haven't gotten notifications for such credits.
As though they are being plagued by some ancestral curse of bad business, some customers have complained about counterfeits being dispensed by the banks automated teller machine from one of it's branches in Enugu, Enugu state.
According to the upset customer, who took to Facebook to express her displeasure and those of her friends who witnessed same problem, warned other customers to desist from the bank's ATM especially it's branch located along Presidential road, Enugu, as ir was this same Machine that dispensed the counterfeits!
What could be the problem, is the bank and it's management aware of these dealings! This calls for a serious inquiry into the bank, it's management and operations!
Lol....maybe diamond bank is about to crash!. They will not just respect themselves
