Saw this picture taken earlier today at Dangote's cement industry launching in Ethopia and i couldn't help but wonder if Edo state's Governor, Adams Oshiomole was actually sleeping while standing for a photograph in a hot afternoon or is that his eye lids are just abnormally too long that it covers his pupils, huh???
