A female student of the University of Abuja, identified simply as Afoke and pictured above, lost her life on Friday after she was hit by a car in front of the permanent site along Airport road. According to eyewitness reports, the accident was as a result of the hit and run car being on high speed and lack of speed bumps in front of the campus. Afoke had died on the spot and her remains taken a mortuary. Sadly enough her project defence wasalso on the same tragic day.
