Many fans were left disappointed after Kanye West ranted throughout his Sacramento show and walked out after 30 minutes.This resulted in fans being refunded money for their tickets .
Raising further concern as to his well being, he cancelled his LA concert a few hours before it was to commence.No reason was given....has he totally lost it??
