there are two types of Nollywood;
•The one that's being referred to when people and foreigners say 'Nollywood is growing' and
•The one that's just there a.k.a ASABAWOOD
Their typical features include; ππ
>The former has it HQ at Lagos✔️
>Tops box office charts✔️
>Usually premiered before release✔️
>Can be easily seen in cinemas✔️(except in Enugu that has no Cinema ππ)
> Na them get AMVCA nominations and awards✔️
> Sold in super stores for nothing less than N500, else it's a fake or pirated copyπππ
>Use of English is on point here and if there are subtitles, you can learn a few correct spellings from it! ✔️✔️
while the latter has ;
>It's HQ at Asaba, Anambra and Enugu ✔️
>Their movies are readily seen and bought at Upper Iweka Rd,147 pound road Aba, Ogbete main market, and from barrow pushers ✔️
>They are sold for nothing more than N150 per season, these seasons contain scenes not longer than 5mins, adverts inclusive and lasts up to 20 seasons (ask Nkoli Nwa Nsukka)✔️
>Viewers are usually advised not to take their grammar serious and if they have subtitles, don't bother reading itππ
