The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has insisted that prospective Corps members must give correct details of their health before mobilisation.
Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, the Director-General of the scheme mentioned this while addressing the Batch 'B' (Stream I) Corps members in Anambra and Delta states, theDaily Post reports.
Providing this information will ensure that those with special health conditions are posted in their states of residence. Kazaure disclosed that some of the members of the NYSC hide their health status for no known reason while registering on the scheme's portal.
It has been an unhappy period for the National Youth Service Corps, which recently lost three of its members to due to health issues.
