
The rapper/producer’s finally found a buyer for his Georgia mansion after it sat on the market for six months. The mystery buyer will pay $2.5 million for the 15,000 square foot manse in Sandy Springs, Ga.
The singer put his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on the market back in May for $2,595,000. He originally bought the home for $2.6 million back in 2007.He tried to sell the mansion the same year he bought it for $3 million, but took it off the market months later.The pad features 24-hour security, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, sauna, racquetball court/indoor basketball half court, tennis/sport court – but the listing noted the home was in need of repairs.
The buyer came forward last months and agreed to the $2,595,000 price tag on November 11th.
