This is all shades of wickedness.. see the note that was left for a man whose car was bashed

If this isn't sheer wickedness, I don't know what it is..lol.. A man who bashed another's car left a note which reads

Somebody saw me hit your car so I am writing this note to make it look like I'm leaving you my information.
