The very obstinate president of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe was it his worst behavior in India. The African leaders are in India for the 3rd Summit of the African-India Forum and they all wore Indian attire except for Mugabe.
He must have thought it to be very childish and of no significance to the summit they came for..
