The above 'beast on land' was allegedly spotted in Ondo state, Nigeria used by the state police to fight crime to a standstill in the state.…it's being rumored that this same whip was almost used in Fast & Furious7 until the state police purchased it from the dealers...

    This is what I call fighting crime even to the grass root level. Here is a piece of advice, they can as well use that to form part of the governors entourage!
