The youngster turned star just released a moody lyric video for his next single, "What Do You
Mean" — a track about a flighty lover who just can't decide whether she
wants Justin or wants him to go away. The video features handwritten lyrics appearing atop footage of sk8er
boi and gurl Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro, who do fancy tricks and
cruise past a wall that says "No Skateboarding." Also, at one point, it
makes the bold decision to spell "your" as "you'r." Rebellion!
Bieber is planning to perform "What Do You Mean" for the first time
at the VMAs on MTV this Sunday. His new album will reportedly drop Nov.
13.
