Kaduna state APC governorship candidate, Nasir El-Rufai tweeted that the incumbent Governor of the State, Mukhtar Yero of the PDP called him to congratulate him before the official announcement by INEC. The PDPs are acting like good disciples of president Jonathan.The collated results so far showed El-Rufai in the clear lead and is set to become governor of Kaduna state..
