A newly wed couple (pictured above) who were flying in to surprise their family for Easter were killed in a plane crash when the light aircraft in which they were travelling in crashed into a hillside in Scotland.
The wife, Dr. Margaret-Ann Rous, 37, and her husband David,28, who had been married for less than a year were flying in David's Piper Cherokee from Dundee, where they lived, to Tiree, where Margaret grew up, to spend the weekend with her mother and sister. Unfortunately, radar contact was lost with the plane at about 1.50pm on Saturday in the remote Beinn Lus area of Glen Kinglass, near Oban.
Six hours later the wreckage of the plane was discovered, along with their bodies. They got married last July.
