Yesterday, the military caught Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam contesting for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP with 4,000 permanent voter cards at Ozalla , Nkanu East LGA, Enugu State. He was later arrested.......* the voters cards must be for patients..., what a caring doc!
