Fashion police comic late host, Joan Rivers' daughter,Melissa Rivers is filing for a suit against the doctors who performed the surgery on her mother for a wrongful death, as she believes that her mother died due to doctors mistakes and carelessness.
The law firm she has hired won't be starting the case until a month later, although they have sent out letters and mails to all concerned that evidences including documents, videos, phone calls and whatever that could help should not be destroyed, in order to aid the investigation and case.
This case which looks like exposing the actual cause of Joan's death is actually money objective, all she would get at the end is come kind of compensation- monetary at that!
