Diamond Bank’s Chief Executive
Officer/Group Managing Director, Mr Alex Ottih has resigned. He resigned today
to pursue his political ambition. Mr Alex will be contesting in the 2015 Abia
State Governorship race, to be the next Governor of the state. And incase he unfortunately does not win which I'm sure he must have ensured otherwise before quitting his job, does he have something to fall back up on, i don't mean taking many fruitless trips to court fighting the eventual winner!
Meanwhile, Mr Uzoma Dozie, the Deputy Group
Managing Director of the bank has been appointed by the bank’s board to be the
new Chief Executive Officer of the bank.
